Get control of your online presence:

1. Setup a private profile
2. Post carefully and remove any negative or explicit comments
3. Remember your page can be copied and re-posted online
4. Google yourself periodically
5. Setup a professional LinkedIn.com account
6. Seek professional help for cleaning your Internet Rep

Parents, communicate with your kids, view their profiles and help them balance the information on their webpages with positive information. In other words make sure their pages talk up their hobbies, interests, and extracurricular activities or work experiences etc...
