The video below is an extended conversation from the WYPR radio show I host called "The Digital Cafe" by Mario Armstrong". The show is 4 minutes in length and airs 5:30pm Tuesdays during NPR show All Things Considered. This particular topic needed well beyond 4 minutes to discuss the details.
